Wuxi Huaxiang chemical fiber co., Ltd is grandly located at the central administrative district of the city, on the Gong Hu Street (formerly No.66 Suxi Road), Wuxi – a vibrant metropolis as well as a well-known industrial and commercial hub of the Yangtze Delta Area. 　　 　The company at present operates 15 pieces of nylon monofilament production line, with a production streamline composed of 6 Type-408 filament spinning machines, 9 Type-406 filament spinning machines and 32 Type-VC443 stretchers, all of which are brought in from Beijing Chemical Fiber Machinery Institute and Shanxi Jing Wei Spinning Machinery Factory. The assembly of these equipments and instruments has formed the assorted production capacity and the guarantee for reliable product quality. 　The work flow of production is as follows: Raw Material – Drying Up – Spinning – Rolling – Balancing – Stretching – Quality Inspection – Classification – Packaging – Release. 　The raw material used by the company: semi-dull chinlon slice, super bright chinlon slice, semi-dull terylene slice and super bright terylene slice, most of which comes from Jiangsu Province and Shanghai, while part of which imported from foreign countries. Raw material supplies are sufficient while quality of the materials is fairly stable. 　Types of chinlon monofilament produced by the company includes: super bright triangular irregular filament, circular bore filament, semi-dull circular bore filament and super bright terylene color filament, with a standard specification: 20D／1F--30D／1F (non standard product may refer to clients’ spindle spinning request). Light cloth with high quality weaved such as super bright triangular irregular filament and cotton-linen, does not only shine with extraordinary flashing effects, but also feels smooth and features scrape fastness, while the issue of the interior choke and dampness is well addressed, suitable for wedding dresses and muffling muslins. Semi-dull circular bore silk, despite being applied to filtering margins, can also be combined with super bright triangular irregular filament to produce decorative cloth. Recently the unique effects of crystal silk product developed by the company seem more attractive to fabric manufacturers, because the quality of such crystal silk is as good as imported silks of the same kind and is more competitive in the market. High quality decorative cloth made of chinlon filament and crystal filament produced by the company has already been exported to Mid Asia, West Asia and some Arabian countries. 　Products of the company are mainly sold to provincial markets of Zhejiang, Fujiang, Jiangsu and Guangdong. Principal sales are complete through: production scheduled on sales estimation, while at present the products are still in short supply.
